    RETURN POLICY

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (i.e. with packaged box/bag, all tags, garment bag).

    You will be responsible for your return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service to ensure we will receive your returned item/s.

    Items that cannot be returned:

    - Bottoms are not returnable due to hygienic reasons.
    - Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items are not returnable (including makeup or deodorant stains, so please be mindful when trying on items).
    - All items marked "sale" are final and cannot be returned/exchanged.
    - Gift cards.
    - Boxed sets and accessories (i.e. eye mask, coverette™, travel set).
    - Embroidered items.

    All returns must have a completed RETURN FORM attached to it. Please print or email the Return Form to us. You can find it HERE.

    Refunds:

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will approve or reject your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This will appear in your account within a few days.

    If you have requested an exchange but no longer wish to exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Partial Refunds:

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    Late or missing refunds:

    If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account again as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Then, contact your credit card company / bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    If you have done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at vohco@vohco.com.

    Exchange Policy

    We offer free exchanges on all Australian orders within 30 days of your purchase. Please email us at vohco@vohco.com for your free return shipping label.

    All exchanges are delivered with standard shipping by Australia Post. 

    Please note, if you request an exchange but change your mind after shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    GIFT CARDS

    Gift cards are non-refundable. Customers who have received and used a gift card are not eligible for refunds, exchange only. Gift cards do not have an expiration date.
